Quiet LA is an independent project to make Los Angeles noise visible, address by address. The aim is simple: help people understand the sound around a home before they commit to it, using open data and open-source tools. Built by one person in Los Angeles. It is not run by, or endorsed by, any government agency, airline, airport or real-estate company.
